What an affiliate link means
An affiliate link may earn SignalTrend a small commission if a reader purchases through it. The price to the reader is generally the same. The link helps support independent research and free trend reporting.
Advertising
SignalTrend may use privacy-conscious display advertising, including Google AdSense, after the site meets the programme’s approval and content requirements. We will not place advertising on pages that are thin, under review, missing disclosures, or built primarily to attract clicks.
When we use one
- The product solves the reader’s stated problem.
- We can verify the company, terms, and relevant product documentation.
- The recommendation explains limitations and alternatives where useful.
- The relationship is visible near the link and on this page.
What we will not do
We will not invent testimonials, guaranteed outcomes, earnings claims, expert endorsements, or scarcity. We will not hide a paid relationship, recommend a product only because it pays well, or use fear to move a reader toward a purchase.
Independent rule: if a product cannot be explained clearly, evaluated fairly, or disclosed plainly, it does not belong in a SignalTrend recommendation.
Affiliate programmes and product fit
We review the data practices, ownership, support, refund terms, and product documentation relevant to the recommendation. A programme’s reputation does not replace a product-specific evaluation, and a product’s popularity does not prove it fits every reader.
